1. Downsells provide a second chance to make more sales and more income.
   
2. Use an exit redirect (both OptimizePress and InstaBuilder include a function to easily add an exit redirect)
   
3. Can add downsells at any stage of your funnel.
   
4. Subscription-based products with a free/low-cost trial are a good downsell option.

IMPORTANT NOTE

When providing a lower price for something you have already offered make sure there is a reason for dropping the price or you are going to dent your credibility and integrity.

For example, you could remove the bonuses you had provided in the original offer, or provide slightly less of whatever was offered in the original offer.

Even if it is a small reduction, make sure there is a reason for you offering the reduction!

Also, like having too many upsells, too many downsells can also annoy customers. Always go through your funnels to get the sort of experience your customer will have.
