Autoresponder
Again there is a difference in what Paul and I are using for our autoresponder.
Both GetResponse and Aweber provide good deliverability and (at time of writing) also both start with a free/low price trial

A way to easily create webpage REALLY makes a difference.
The one Paul speaks about in the video is OptimizePress. It is very good but be aware that it is an annual license that you will have to renew every year:

The plugin I use, Instabuilder 2.0 is very similar, however at the time of writing it is just a one-off payment for the product

Both are very good resources and will pay for themselves many times over if you can afford either of them.
